Smart Start Interview Prep — Terms of Use

This Agreement is made effective as of the date of purchase between you ("User") and UAwelcome Inc. ("Provider"), located at 4301 S Flamingo RD STE 106 PMB2184, Davie, FL 33330.

1. What You Get

Smart Start Interview Prep is a structured, self-guided preparation platform for affirmative asylum interviews before USCIS. Your access includes:

• A multi-step preparation program covering interview strategy, timing, and structure;

• Educational video content informed by real interpreter experience in asylum interviews, covering communication patterns, cultural differences, and country-specific context;

• Proprietary AI-assisted tools to help you structure your asylum story and identify key episodes;

• Practice question sets to help you rehearse clear, confident answers;

• Guidance on stress management and common interview pitfalls;

• Digital delivery of all preparation materials.

2. About the Provider

UAwelcome Inc. is a technology and education company that builds tools to help asylum seekers prepare for their interviews with confidence. All content within the Service is educational and preparatory in nature and does not constitute legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship. If you need legal representation, we encourage you to consult with a licensed immigration attorney independently.

3. Scope of the Service

Smart Start Interview Prep covers preparation for affirmative asylum interviews conducted by USCIS. This includes strategy, structure, and practice — everything you can control before interview day.

This Service does not include representation in immigration court, removal proceedings, appeals, or legal filings of any kind. No specific outcome of your asylum case is guaranteed — the final decision always rests with the USCIS Asylum Officer or relevant authority.

4. Payment and Access

• One-time fee: $400.00 USD

• Access period: 1 year from the date of payment

• No recurring charges, no hidden subscriptions, no surprise fees

5. Your Role in the Process

To get the most from your preparation, we recommend that you:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using the platform;

• Carefully review all generated preparation materials before your interview;

• Attend your scheduled USCIS interview on time.

The quality of your preparation depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. The Provider cannot verify the truthfulness of your statements and is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.

6. Refund Policy

Full refund available within 24 hours of purchase — no questions asked. To request a refund, email info@uawelcome.org within 24 hours of your purchase. After 24 hours, all sales are final.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Provider does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider's total liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by the User under this Agreement.

In no event shall the Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress.

9. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless UAwelcome Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the User's use of the Service, violation of this Agreement, or reliance on preparation materials in any legal proceeding.

10. Confidentiality and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. The Provider will not disclose, share, or sell any personal information or case details you provide. All data is treated as strictly confidential and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, video materials, algorithms, and educational resources within the Service are the exclusive property of UAwelcome Inc. You may use these materials for your personal preparation only. Reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of any Service content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

12. Term and Termination

Your access expires 1 year from the date of payment. The Provider may suspend or terminate access in cases of: sharing login credentials with third parties, reselling or redistributing Service content, or abusive behavior toward staff or other users.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in Broward County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only — class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions are expressly waived.

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

14. Force Majeure

The Provider shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, internet or infrastructure outages, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures.

15. General Provisions

• Governing Law: This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

• Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Service.

• Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

• Amendments: This Agreement may be updated by the Provider. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
