Kate Panova

Founder

Kate was born in Kyiv, Ukraine, and studied economics and cybernetics in college. She worked as a journalist for big news outlets like Forbes and National Geographic. Kate won a Fulbright grant and came to study web and innovation in journalism at New York University.

While figuring out how to get a green card, Kate founded Rubic.us, a platform for immigrants from the former Soviet countries, which currently has more than 2M users.

She also founded Greatfulmedia.com, a marketing agency helping businesses reach immigrant audiences.

Tatiana Erekhinskaya

Founder

Tatiana was born in Nizhniy Novgorod, Russia, and studied appied math and computer science. In 2005 she joined a lab doing Natural Language Processing (NLP). She got a stake in that business, sold the business to a strategic investor, and got an MBA in the process.

Then Tatiana came to Dallas, Texas to do a Ph.D. in computer science.

Tatiana advanced from a research scientist to Chief Product Officer at Lymba, a boutique NLP company, providing knowledge management solutions to large financial organizations, manufacturers, and governments. She quit her job in summer 2023 to join the AI revolution and dedicate herself to AI for immigration full-time.

Mariia Bielai

Head of Operations

Mariia was born in Luhansk, Ukraine, and studied math and economics at Luhansk National University. She began her career as an executive assistant at one of Ukraine’s largest coal companies, supporting the CEO of a 15,000-person enterprise for nearly a decade.

After moving to Kyiv, she transitioned into media and tech—first journalist at the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences, then as a project coordinator at a government-focused software company. There, she helped prepare documentation for public tenders and coordinated contracts and communications.

In 2017, she moved to the U.S. and worked at a law firm. She supported legal teams on business immigration cases, managed operations, ran finances, and became the go-to person for anything that needed to get done.

David Treyster

Head of Legal Department

David was born in Chernivtsi, Ukraine, and moved to Brooklyn, New York, with his family at the age of nine. He earned his law degree from New York Law School in 2003 and worked the law firm of Paul Weiss.

In 2013, David founded Hudson Law Group. The firm focuses on immigration, family law, real estate, and litigation. David represents clients in state, federal, and immigration courts.

With personal experience as an immigrant and over two decades of legal practice, David understands the challenges of newcomers as nobody else.

In addition to running his law firm, David has taught Business Law as an adjunct professor and often works with local nonprofits to support immigrant rights and access to legal resources.
